Patriots
Yesterday, the wife and I were returning from a short trip and exited at an unattended toll booth. There were 3 cars in line a brand new SUV with two large American flags on it, driven by a local princess with a cell phone in her ear, sandwiched between me and another nondescript older sedan.
Guess who didn't put in the 30 cent toll???
Of course - the SUV. Someone who obviously bought the car because they deserved to live in a crash. No wonder they have all these flags - the rich have a very good deal in this country pissing on the rest of us. I'd want to preserve it too.
Hopefully she drove into a tree later.....

The Business Man
I spend my days as a tech support clerk and work with a lot of people. I guess it's only natural to remember the jerks and today, I had a beauty.
He kept saying he's a business man and I've learned to translate that into DICK!. He persisted in berating me and refusing to listen, because he was a busy business man. Hopefully, he dropped dead yesterday!
I spent a lot of time and the business world and my distaste for "suits" grew daily. Just like saying something to a guy on a golf course with a cell phone in his ear and being told he works 24/7/365.
Excuse me sir - ROT IN HELL.
I'm so tired of these arrogant ass holes that I do everything I can to irritate them and make their life a little more difficult. The closer they put their $50,000 dollar cars to my tail, the slower I drive. I ignore them, bump into them - talk loud when they are on the phone and make crude remarks.
They'll still win the ass hole contest, but I feel better and maybe I'm shortening their life by just a little.
If so, it will be a better world for my kids.

What Happened to Rush?
I've been listening to Rush Limbaugh a little bit recently. Something has changed - him or me. I tend to think it's him. I've been a practicing Conservative LONG before Rush. I was the only 16 year old I know of that had a statue of Barry Goldwater in his car in 1964.
I guess a 30 million dollar contract can change you.
In the last couple of days I've listened to him defend SUVs ad nauseum. Personally, I find them and their owners totally indefensible. Go to any parking lot an look at the rude SOBs that hare parked practically sideways and I'll lay you 3 to 1 it's some rich bastard and they're probably driving an SUV.
The next time someone is driving 6 inches from your tail - SUV? Absolutely! These people represent the worst of our society!
Yesterday, a man called in and argued that he was better off under Clinton. Rush brushed him off. The fact is most EVERYONE was better off when Clinton was in office. Was he a sleaze ball? Unquestionably. Were we better off? No doubt about it.
It's a shame that conservatives are left with RL as THE spokesman. He's lost it.
